Licensing Information

Carret Private Capital Limited (CE No. AOT542) is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission for Dealing in Securites (Type 1), Advising on Securites (Type 4) and Asset Management (Type 9). The licenses for all three activities are subject to the following licensing conditions:
i) The licensee shall not hold client assets. The terms "hold" and "client assets" are as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance;
ii) The licensee shall only provide services to professional investors. The term "professional investor" is as defined in the Securities and Futures Ordinance and its subsidiary legislation. Regulated Activities are conducted solely by CPC, not CPIL.

Carret Private Capital (Singapore) PTE. LTD. holds a capital markets services licence under the Securities and Futures Act, Chapter 289 of Singapore (“SFA”) for the provision of fund management services to “institutional investors” or “accredited investors” as defined in the SFA.
