Mr. Chark has over 10 years of experience in investment management and risk management.  He is a charter holder of CFA and FRM; with his most recent position as COO and Compliance Officer, StoBene Partners, in Hong Kong.

Mr. Chark holds a BBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
